“In the food industry, trust is huge.” - Tom Purcell

When we met the Purcell family last year, we learned that being part of our producer group gives them pride in raising Certified Irish Angus. The trust that is guaranteed when you buy Certified Irish Angus beef means you know it is supporting local farmers.

Did you know that it`s National Hedgerow Week?

Keeping traditions alive is important for our Certified Irish Angus farmers. The Murphy family live on the banks of Lough Ree and have continued the practice of hedge-laying native species on their farm. It is a great example of encouraging wildlife and restoring farmland to what it once was generations ago.
