Ingredients

  • Sourdough Bread
  • Leftover Bolognese
  • Cheese
  • Butter

Method

Why not use up some of that leftover bolognese to enjoy a delicious gourmet toastie?

Butter both sides of the sourdough slices – this will give it that golden, crispy exterior!

Add in the bolognese and your cheese of choice for the perfect melt. Pop it in the toastie maker until melted and warm right through. Enjoy!
