Sauces for serving: Garlic Butter
The quickest sauce that also doubles as a flavoured butter for a Certified Irish Angus steak sandwich
Beef Cut: Any
Cooking Time: 5
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened,
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 lemon, squeezed
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and simply top your cooked steak with some butter for a delicious sauce!
A perfect hearty meal that can be enjoyed with rice, cous-cous, or baked potatoes. Top with some yoghurt, guacamole, fresh coriander or chilli for extra flavour.
